Client Liaison Officer
Alison solves problems. She has 30 years’ experience in business management, 12 of which have been focused in Healthcare.
Her passion is finding practical solutions to complex problems and making business management accessible to all practitioners. To this end, she leads a team of highly competent individuals at Vizibiliti and diligently applies herself to assisting clients find their way to success, regardless of what stage they are at in their business.
Alison started her career nursing at Groote Schuur hospital before she obtained her B.Comm degree in Business Management, going on to complete an MBA from UCT GSB. Prior to establishing Vizibiliti in 2012, Alison spent 12 years with Ernst & Young.
An extrovert by nature Alison recharges her batteries by walking and escaping with a good book
Kim is a Human Resource expert with more than 15 years’ experience in human resources, labour relations, training and development, and alternative dispute resolution.
Kim assists Vizibiliti clients in ensuring compliance with all employment legislation and provides support and guidance with staff disputes whilst creating a culture of performance excellence.
Kim has a BA degree with honours in Industrial Psychology, an advanced certificate in labour law, is a Fellow Arbitrator with the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa as well as an internationally accredited Mediator from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK). Kim practices as a civil Mediator and Arbitrator specialising in commercial and workplace dispute resolution.
Kim is an avid sports enthusiast and is frequently spotted running the roads of Cape Town with her Dalmatian, Doris.
Robyn has over 10 years experience in the accounting industry.
She studied Cost and Management Accounting at the Cape Town University of Technology. Robyn has worked as a Finance Manager for various industries and ran her own accounting business for a number of years.
Robyn is married with two young children who keep her occupied after working hours. She enjoys mountain biking, swimming, running and walking in the mountains and forests of Cape Town.
Alan is a wordsmith with more than 30 years’ experience in journalism and corporate communications.
His passion for storytelling shines through in his work for Vizibiliti’s medical industry clients, from website content and thought leadership articles to email newsletters and brochures.
He has a BA degree with honours in Philosophy and has worked for several of the country’s top media houses as a writer and editor, and as a copywriter and PR consultant for the likes of Deloitte, SA Home Loans and KPMG.
When not testing out a new gadget or gizmo for his weekly tech column in two Sunday newspapers, Alan climbs hills and hefts heavy hunks of iron in an attempt to stay in shape.
Gabi has significant professional services experience involving complex stakeholder management, project leadership, team management and problem resolution.
Clients’ strategic objectives form the foundation of her role at Vizibiliti. She thrives on communication and collaboration in driving tangible outcomes through a pragmatic and action-oriented approach and believes success rests on strong foundations of trustworthy and dependable working relationships.
Gabi has worked for firms including Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Ernst & Young and has managed multiple engagements and teams ranging from small risk-based advisory projects in financial services to large interdisciplinary programmes for public sector initiatives.
Gabi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Finance and an Honours Degree in Psychology. She is also qualified in the creative and domestic arts in her role as mother and wife. No school or home project goes by unfinished or unsolved.
When time allows, she can be found trotting though the vineyards or finding solitude on her yoga mat.
Candice has worked as an IT and business consultant to many clients both locally and globally.
She offers Vizibiliti’s clients a broad range of consulting services, including information management, process optimisation and project management.
Candice studied Business Science at UCT, earning an Honours in Information Systems. She worked for Ernst & Young Advisory Services for 12 years both as a consultant and as an Operations Manager for the Western Cape. Her consulting experience has provided her with the opportunity of working both in the public and private sectors across many industries.
Candice has a young family that keeps her very busy when she is not working. She also loves to travel, adores food and tries to keep up an interest in running.
Sarah is an Executive Assistant with many years of experience working with a range of companies, from large corporates to entrepreneurs.
Kim has a BA in graphic design and an LLB law degree. She specialises in both print and digital media with an equal balance of skills in both fields.
She has a broad range of interests which she likes to tell herself enhances her design quality with superior input and knowledge (Too hipster?) from reading, travelling, politics, street art to failed pinterest DIY projects, painting pictures she will never sell, amateur gardening and daily wogging (walk-jogging) at the park with her dogs.
She can work with you on your design briefs no matter where you are in the world. That being said, she love’s her city and would love you to come visit and meet in person #lovejozi
